How to Apply
Pour two teaspoons into the glass dish provided. Add a small amount of water, and mix into a smooth paste using the brush included. Once you have a smooth consistency, brush the mixture onto your face. Next, turn on some relaxing music and allow the clay to dry. Once dried, wash off the mixture in a shower or bath and enjoy the fresh feeling of your skin. -

Measure around your chest at the fullest part of your bra cup.

Measure around the smallest part of your waistline. Above your navel and below your rib cage.

Hips
With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, approximately 20 cm or 8 inches below your waistline.
