Our online return portal is hosted by Refundid and offers both instant refunds and standard return options. Please note, instant refunds are only available to customers residing in the US with a US order number. Review Refundid's terms and conditions including eligibility criteria.

Return Cost Â
Return labels are at the expense of the customer and can be purchased via our online returns portal. Return rates may vary depending on your location and will be deducted from your refund amount upon processing your return. Return shipping rates can be viewed prior to purchase here.

Processing Time For Returns Â
Once your return has arrived at our Australian warehouse facility, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Â

RefundsÂ
Returns are refunded back to the original form of payment and should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution. Â

Faulty Item Returns
If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault. We classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged, or if a fault has occurred within 3 months from the order date. Damage outside of 3 months is considered normal wear and tear.

ExchangesÂ
We are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance with our return conditions.  We know you’ll find something else to love.

Garment Return ConditionsÂ
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. If the returned item/s do not meet these conditions, it may be returned to you at an additional charge.

Refused Duties & TaxesÂ
If any applicable duties and taxes are not paid, the order will be returned to DISSH. A refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, minus a return fee and any custom charges paid to receive your order. For information regarding duties and taxes please review the shipping page.

Refunds Duties & TaxesÂ
Upon return of your items, any applicable customs, duties or taxes paid at checkout or upon receiving your order will not be refunded by DISSH. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on any possible customs and duties refunds that you may be eligible for within your country.Â

Returning Multiple Orders Within One Parcel Â
Items across multiple orders can be returned within one parcel. We recommend lodging each item via the returns portal using the relevant order number. You may use the same label for all orders returned by selecting 'combine shipping labels' during lodgement. Please note, you are only able to select this option if you have not lodged your return with the courier prior to adding additional items for return. Please include all items within the one parcel, with the relevant returns information, and fix the return label to the front of the parcel. Â

Return Parcel Tracking
We recommend using our returns portal to ensure your return is as smooth as possible. If you wish to return your item via another carrier, we recommend using a tracked service. DISSH are unable to investigate return parcels without a tracking number. Â

Returning an item purchased during a promotion period or with a discount codeÂ
All full priced items purchased during a promotional period or where a discount code has been applied are eligible for return to the original form of payment.  Â

Non-returnable items Â
Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns for earrings.Â

Swimwear
All swimsuits must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
