Please note, refunds via Refundid only apply to full priced items. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

US returns are at the cost of the customer, at a flat rate of $20USD. This will be deducted from your refund when using our returns portal.

In order to use Refundid, you will be required to provide various forms of personal information in order to verify your refund. This allows you to access your refund instantly before you’ve even returned your items. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to use our standard returns process.

Within the US, we offer standard returns via our online portal. The shipping amount will be deducted from your return. Please ensure you include a completed returns form within your parcel - you can print a copy below or handwrite the required information. For your convenience, we offer both a collection from home or drop off service.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

DHL Express: This is a 'Collection from Home' service. Simply enter your details in the portal, and your return parcel will be collected.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we only offer refunds subject to the following conditions: 


Online Order Refunds

Refunds are applicable to full price items only.  


Sale Item Returns

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.  



Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance to our return conditions. Please note, shipping cannot be waived for repurchases.


Promotion or Discount Code Purchase Returns

Any full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. 


Faulty Item Returns

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.  


Garment Return Conditions

The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge. 


Returning Multiple orders in one Parcel

Items from multiple orders can be returned within the one parcel. Please use one order number to process your return via the portal and ensure separate returns forms are included for each order number. Please note, we recommend using the Standard Returns portal if you wish to combine your return orders, as Refundid will require separate tracking numbers for each return requesting an Instant Refund.


Stolen Return Parcels

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure pick up address. DISSH is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels not handed directly to the nominated courier. 


Duties and Taxes Refunds

Any applicable customs, duties or taxes paid on your order will not be refunded by DISSH upon the return of your items. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on any possible customs and duties refunds local to your country.

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.  


Processing Time for Returns

Once your return has been received at our Australian warehouse facility, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be finalized. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed.



Due to sanitary and hygiene practices, we are unable to offer returns for earrings.  



Fragrances must remain sealed and in the original packaging.



All swimsuits must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

  • Who can I ask for help with my order?

  • How do I change my order?

    If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please email with your order number and the correct changes.

    Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to make any adjustments to your order, if the parcel has already been invoiced out or dispatched, changes cannot be made as it becomes property of the courier company.

    Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.

  • Where can I find my return form?

    You will have a copy of our returns form printed on the back of your invoice that came with your order.

  • What is your online returns policy?

    At DISSH we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase we do offer return options.

    For full priced items, you can return within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached and proof of purchase provided. (Your proof of purchase is the invoice you receive with your order).

    Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges, due to a high sell through of stock.

    All sale items are final sale, we do not offer refunds unless deemed faulty.

    Due to health regulations, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty - please make your selection carefully.

  • I have been issued a refund but the funds are not in my bank account, what now?

    All funds should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control)

  • If I apply a promotional code to my full price item can I still return for a refund?

    If you have purchased a full price item with a promotional discount, it is still classified as a full price item on a temporary promotion and is eligible for a refund.

  • I received a faulty item. What do I do?

    We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item. We pride ourselves on providing quality pieces that are both on trend and sustainable and we apologise that your recent item did not meet these expectations.

    We ask that you kindly email through images of the fault to so our team can assist you further.

  • Have you received my return?

    All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your parcel. If you have returned your items via a tracked courier service, please track your item before contacting Customer Service to be sure your item has been received by us.

    We will send a confirmation email once your return has been finalised.

  • Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

    Any applicable customs, duties or taxes are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.  We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on any possible customs and duties fees.

  • What happens if I refuse to pay customs duties on my order?

    If any applicable customs/duties fees are not paid, the order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded back to your original
    payment method, minus the return fee. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are non-refundable upon return.

    Refundid places an overall limit on the amount you are able to refund. This limit is $750.

    If the value of the items you wish to return exceeds your account limit, you will receive an error message restricting you from proceeding.

    It is important to note that your refund limit will reset once your open returns are approved by our returns team.

  • Where does my Refundid refund go?

    All refunds processed via Refundid are returned to the nominated debit card. Refundid pays you instantly into the account connected to this card.

  • Does DISSH offer wholesale?

    All orders placed on are shipped via the fastest possible method offered by DISSH, DHL express. We anticipate orders shipped via DHL express to take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive. Please note this timeframe may differ during peak periods.
