Please note, refunds via Refundid only apply to full priced items. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.


US returns are at the cost of the customer, at a flat rate of $20USD. This will be deducted from your refund when using our returns portal.


In order to use Refundid, you will be required to provide various forms of personal information in order to verify your refund. This allows you to access your refund instantly before you’ve even returned your items. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to use our standard returns process.

Within the US, we offer standard returns via our online portal. The shipping amount will be deducted from your return. Please ensure you include a completed returns form within your parcel - you can print a copy below or handwrite the required information. For your convenience, we offer both a collection from home or drop off service.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we only offer refunds subject to the following conditions: 

 

Online Order Refunds

Refunds are applicable to full price items only.  

 

Sale Item Returns

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.  

 

Exchanges

Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance to our return conditions. Please note, shipping cannot be waived for repurchases.

 

Promotion or Discount Code Purchase Returns

Any full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. 

 

Faulty Item Returns

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@dissh.com.au with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.  

 

Garment Return Conditions

The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge. 

 

Returning Multiple orders in one Parcel

Items from multiple orders can be returned within the one parcel. Please use one order number to process your return via the portal and ensure separate returns forms are included for each order number. Please note, we recommend using the Standard Returns portal if you wish to combine your return orders, as Refundid will require separate tracking numbers for each return requesting an Instant Refund.

 

Stolen Return Parcels

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure pick up address. DISSH is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels not handed directly to the nominated courier. 

 

Return to Sender

Any orders where delivery is refused or not collected in time will be returned back to DISSH with the return fee deducted from the return.

 

Duties and Taxes Refunds

Any applicable customs, duties or taxes paid on your order will not be refunded by DISSH upon the return of your items. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on any possible customs and duties refunds local to your country.

 

Returns Costs

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.  

 

Processing Time for Returns

Once your return has been received at our Australian warehouse facility, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be finalized. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed.

 

Earrings 

Due to sanitary and hygiene practices, we are unable to offer returns for earrings.  

 

Fragrances

Fragrances must remain sealed and in the original packaging.

 

Swimsuits

All swimsuits must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
