RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we only offer refunds subject to the following conditions: 

GARMENT RETURN CONDITIONS

The item must returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge. 

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

Once your return has been received at our Australian warehouse facility, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be finalised. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed.

EXCHANGES 

Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. 

SALE ITEM RETURNS

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.  

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@dissh.com.au with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority. 

PROMOTIONAL ITEM RETURNS

An full priced items purchased with a promotional code are eligible for a refund.

USA, CANADA & UK RETURNS

Within these countries, we offer returns via our online portal. The shipping amount will be deducted from your return. Please ensure you include a completed returns form within your parcel - you can print a copy below or handwrite the required information. 

USA Canada & UK
USPS Standard (Delivery: 15-20 business days) $10 USD -
DHL Express (Delivery: 3-5 business days) $30 USD $30 USD

USPS StandardSimply enter your details in the portal, print the shipping label and take to any post office. 

DHL Express: This is a 'Collection from Home' service. Simply enter your details in the portal, and your return parcel will be collected.

REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS 

All other international returns are at the expense of the customer. Please include our returns form and organise return shipping with your local courier.
