Returns Terms

Our online return portal is hosted by Refundid and offers both instant refunds and standard return options. Please note, instant refunds are only available to customers residing in the US with a US order number. Review Refundid's terms and conditions including eligibility criteria.

Return labels are at the expense of the customer and can be purchased via our online returns portal. To confirm if DHL service your return location click here. Return rates may vary depending on your location and will be deducted from your refund amount upon processing your return. Return shipping rates can be viewed prior to purchase here.

All online orders must be returned to our Australian warehouse facility.

Returns are refunded back to the original form of payment once received into our warehouse and should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution. 

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault. We classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged, or if a fault has occurred within 3 months from the order date. Damage outside of 3 months is considered normal wear and tear.

We are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance with our return conditions.  We know you’ll find something else to love.

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. If the returned item/s do not meet these conditions, it may be returned to you at an additional charge.

Earrings, fragrance and swimwear with the hygiene sticker removed are not eligible to return.

Any sale item purchased on www.dissh.com are final sale and cannot be returned.

Any full priced item purchased during a promotional period or where a discount code has been applied, are eligible for return to the original form of payment. 

DISSH are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now.

If your parcel is being returned to DISSH, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees will apply. 

Once your return has arrived at our Australian warehouse facility, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Items across multiple orders can be returned within one parcel. We recommend lodging each item via the returns portal using the relevant order number. You may use the same label for all orders returned by selecting 'combine shipping labels' during lodgement. Please note, you are only able to select this option if you have not lodged your return with the courier prior to adding additional items for return. Once all items are in the parcel with the relevant returns information, affix the return label to the front.
