US Orders:
All express orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the parcel. To track and manage the delivery of your parcel through DHL, click here.
For all standard deliveries we offer an authority to leave option provided the delivery driver determines the location to be safe. To track and manage the delivery of your parcel through Australia Post once your order arrives in the US, please use the USPS portal.

All Orders Outside Of US:
For orders shipped via DHL, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the parcel. To track and manage the delivery of your parcel through DHL, click here.

Alternatively, you may wish to use the live chat feature on our website and select ‘Track and manage my orders’.

We're eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services. Please refer to the above table for anticipated shipping times.

US: Applicable taxes are payable at checkout. Duties included (with no nasty surprises).

Canada: All prices shown are inclusive of duties. Taxes will appear in the checkout once your shipping address is updated.  

UK, European Union, & Mexico: All prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes. 

For all other countries: Duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout once your shipping address is entered. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). 

Please note that if you select DDU, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier will not release the package before payment for duties & taxes.  

A heads up - if these duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to DISSH, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return fees and any additional shipping and customs charges. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. DISSH are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.

DISSH are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now. 

If your parcel is being returned to DISSH, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees will apply.
